These terms apply to the website evergreenlightingmd.com and the services provided by Evergreen Lighting LLC, 10100 Twin Rivers Rd #117, Columbia, MD 21044 (“Evergreen Lighting,” “we,” “us”).
1. Services
Evergreen Lighting designs and installs permanent, holiday, and landscape lighting for residential properties. All quotes are estimates until a written proposal is signed. Final pricing, scope, and scheduling are set in the written proposal.
2. Consultations and quotes
Design consultations are free and carry no obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Promotional offers, such as a discount for booking within a stated window, apply only when the conditions of the offer are met.
3. Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit, are stated in your written proposal. Work is scheduled once the proposal is signed and any required deposit is received.
4. Property access
You agree to provide safe access to the property, an exterior power outlet where required, and to inform us of any HOA rules, easements, or known hazards before installation.
5. SMS and messaging terms
Program description: When you provide your mobile number through our website or a lead form and agree to be contacted, Evergreen Lighting LLC may send you text messages about your quote request, consultation confirmations and reminders, follow up on an open inquiry, and occasional seasonal offers.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive several messages in the two weeks after a quote request and then no more than about one message per month.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final confirmation message.

Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Website use
Content on this site is provided for general information. Photos and renderings are illustrative and final results vary by property. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to interfere with its operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Maryland law, Evergreen Lighting LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Terms covering installed work are set out in your written proposal.
